By using Autopilot you agree to the terms explained here and in the Privacy Policy. The language in the policies was written to be human-readable and easy to understand, rather than legally airtight or confusing. Below and in the Privacy Policy, "Autopilot" is used to refer to the Autopilot Mobile App, this website, and its parent company, Black Lotus Inc.
Waiver of Responsibilty
Autopilot will not be held responsible for any damages, harm, or losses of data or personal property that results from your use of Autopilot. Your wellbeing should always be your priority and it is up to you to use Autopilot responsibly and to consider your own health and safety and that of those around you.
Autopilot makes no representations of being a health professional of any kind and all of the day-structures, routines, habits and other content on the site are merely suggestions that you may choose to follow at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Black Lotus Inc and/or it's licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Autopilot and in the Autopilot Mobile App. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the Autopilot Mobile App for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Changes To These Terms
These Terms of Service are effective as of Apr 9, 2021 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
